Pre-orders / customized items will be processed and shipped out within 12 business days after receipt of the order.

- Greater Accra Region – Within 72 hours
- Outside Greater Accra Region 3 – 6 days.
(Orders tagged outside Accra will be delivered to its designated station/location)
- International Delivery 6 – 12 days
