DELIVERIES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ready-to-wear orders will be processed and shipped out within 72 hours after receipt of the order. 

Pre-orders / customized items will be processed and shipped out within 12 business days after receipt of the order. 

 

Expected Shipment/delivery time

  1. Local Delivery
  • Greater Accra Region – Within 72 hours
  • Outside Greater Accra Region 3 – 6 days. 

(Orders tagged outside Accra will be delivered to its designated station/location)

 

  1. International Delivery 6 – 12 days

 

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs, and may vary according to total weight and destination.

You may be required to pay local import fees/charges/duties on the arrival of your order. Please contact your local customs office for further details as this may vary from country to country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are always here to offer any assistance If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. 

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations on Sales items. Please make sure to order the correct size. Refer to our Size Guide.

Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order and must be returned within 7  days thereafter. 

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.

Eligibility for a return

  • Your item must be unused, unpacked, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or exchange of your product. However, You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipment and delivery.

Refunds

If your return qualifies for a refund, we will notify you and take the necessary steps to initiate a reimbursement to you within 7 days of approval.
